Welcome to Internet Bill Pay - Electronic Bill Payment Authorization

The Bill Payment Online service (called Bill Payer) enables you to set up recurring payments, make one time payments and track your payments to individual payees via your TruWest Credit Union checking account. No need to write checks and go to the post office. You can do this right from your home or office!

This Bill Payment Online service is FREE - up to 15 transactions per your billing cycle. After 15 transactions, you will be assessed $0.55, per transaction thereafter; and around the fifth business day of the month your checking account will be debited this amount (if applicable). This charge (if applicable) will automatically start one month after you complete the online Bill Payer registration and will continue until the Bill Payer service is cancelled. This same checking account will be used to make payments you initiate to your payees.

ELECTRONIC BILL PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

I AUTHORIZE my Financial Institution (TruWest Credit Union) to post payment transactions on my checking account generated by PC from the Bill Payment Service; called Bill Payer, to the checking account indicated on the form being sent electronically. I understand that I am in full control of my account. If at any time I decide to discontinue service, I will provide written notification to TruWest. My use of Bill Payer signifies that I have read the terms and conditions of the Electronic Funds Transfer - Internet Banking Disclosure and Agreement; which have been provided to me electronically by TruWest via the Data Link (Home Banking) log on page.

I UNDERSTAND that payments may take up to 10 business days to reach the vendor and that they will be sent either electronically or by check. TruWest is not liable for any service fees or late charges levied against me.

I UNDERSTAND that I will be cancelled from Bill Payer after my account has been inactive for 90 days; without prior notification.

I UNDERSTAND that I am responsible for any loss or penalty ($30.00 for each item) that I may incur due to the lack of sufficient funds (NSF) or other conditions that may prevent the withdrawal of funds from my account. I further understand payments under $100.00 (individually and cumulative) issued as checks will attempt to clear my account twice, for payments exceeding $100.00 (individually and cumulative) the Bill Payment service will contact TruWest to verify funds. If funds are unavailable, a stop payment is placed on the payment. Electronic payments will attempt three times; incurring the NSF fee for every failed attempt. I also understand that a block is automatically (systematically) placed on my account if a debit is returned and no additional bill payments are processed until the account is properly funded and the NSF items have cleared. If attempts are unsuccessful I am aware that my account will be sent for collections.

I UNDERSTAND that a fee of $30.00 will be charged to my account for any Stop Payments that I request to be placed on checks submitted through Bill Payer. This fee is deducted from my checking account the month after the stop payment is placed.
